Many of us have trouble practicing Yoga at home. That’s a good reason to "retreat". Retreats offer an opportunity to take advantage of being away, dissociate from the day-to-day routines, and immerse into a program. Here you can focus more clearly on the present tasks, analyze, set and work towards your goals.

Yoga and Retreat are a powerful combination. Unlike taking classes for a limited time, here you stay in your classroom, the serene setting, and work through many of the issues uncovered during your classes/lectures. With these variables and hurdles eliminated, the issues and the solutions come to focus. With a few days of practice, experimentation, experience, lesson, and lectures you really feel the difference. Also it’s a great opportunity to interact with like-minded people and have fun!
